What this is
This is a searchable version of NYC’s public pied-à-terre tax list — officially the supplemental market value roll for the non-primary residence surcharge. I had a hard time finding the real list — it lived buried as compressed ZIP files of CSVs on the assessments page — so I built this to make it searchable for everyone. Indexed here: 1–3 family homes at $5M+ and condos/co-ops at $1M+. Some co-op rows reflect whole-building market values, not individual units.
